How do I make a return?

Please include your order number and reason for return.
You can also reach us through the live chat (during store hours). 
Online returns are accepted for exchange in-store — please call or email ahead before your visit so we can have everything ready for you.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return and exchange your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently process store credit and exchanges only — no cash refunds. Online store credit will be issued as a gift card to the email on your account/order. We stand behind every product we carry, so if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly so we can get your gear to you fast. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at shop@posersonline.com. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. Our shipping department operates Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM PST. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All international orders are subject to local customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our online store represents a curated selection of what we carry. We regularly update our inventory, and we often have items in-store that aren't listed online yet.
Reach out to us and we'll check if we have what you're looking for.
